I'm a huge advocate for self-care! How can you expect your mind and body to do everything you're asking them to, if you're not taking good care of them? Self-care practices are great because you can dedicate as much or as little time to them as you like; whether that's a 5-minute mindfulness exercise or an hour-long bath. Some of the ideas I'll discuss are still quite new to me; but others I've been practicing for years. I hope this page will give you some inspiration on how you can give your mind and body a little more love. Routines can also be really beneficial when it comes to making time for yourself. So I plan to put together some self-care routines that you could follow if you like.
