In this wellness category we'll be covering anything health-related; whether that's physical health, mental health, or maintaining healthy relationships. Wellness is the process of practicing good habits, choices or a different lifestyle, in order to obtain better physical and mental health. This is slightly different to the definition of well-being. Well-being is to be in a comfortable, healthy and happy state, whereas wellness focuses on how you achieve this. I saw this quote online and thought it was definitely worth the share: 'Your life only gets better when you do. Work on yourself and the rest will follow'. I really loved this because often people get so distracted by their lives they forget to take care of themselves.
